WordPress is open source weblog software that is published under GNU General Public Licence (GPL) terms. WordPress is originally developed by the founders Matthew Mullenweg and Mike Little and is supported by a major group  of software developers, who are members of the WordPress foundation.  Many weblogs use WordPress.
